| Description |
While running Centos beta 5 on vmware I get the following kernel error: "BUG: Soft lockup detected on CPU#0!". ( I attached the error as copied from dmsg ) The error shows up once in a few minutes. Intel E6300 on Asus P5B with 2GB RAM Intel VT is active. Installed from the DVD. allocated on Vmware 512mb RAM, 8GB HD |

report this as something that vmware need to fix, its not a centos issue unless you can replicate on a real machine. I'll leave the bug in the db here as something that might come in handy for others |
