Summary0001919: RPMs lack "Distribution" tag
DescriptionC5 RPMs lack the "Distribution" tag, which can be used to determine origins of packages. C3 and C4 has "CentOS-3" and "CentOS-4" respectively. Usually this is set in $HOME/.rpmmacros with '%distribution'. One can display this information with: "rpm -q --qf '%{DISTRIBUTION}:%{NAME}\n' -a".
Additional InformationUnfortunately, correcting this problem requires a rebuild of all packages, I think.

we are not going to 'correct' this, because I dont think its a major issue - we use the Vendor tag to indicate where the rpms came from. But what we can do is ensure that distribution is setup for rpms from here on, in the centos-5 distro.
