| Summary | 0001919: RPMs lack "Distribution" tag |
| Description | C5 RPMs lack the "Distribution" tag, which can be used to determine origins of packages. C3 and C4 has "CentOS-3" and "CentOS-4" respectively. Usually this is set in $HOME/.rpmmacros with '%distribution'. One can display this information with: "rpm -q --qf '%{DISTRIBUTION}:%{NAME}\n' -a". |
| Additional Information | Unfortunately, correcting this problem requires a rebuild of all packages, I think. |
