0001973: Aide segfaults with SELinux disabled

Description

Aide will crash with SELinux disabled.

/etc/selinux/config
SELINUX=disabled

aide -i
lgetfilecon_raw failed for /etc/aide.conf:No data available
Segmentation fault

Installed version is from base aide 0.12-7

Setting /etc/selinux/config SELINUX=permissive will allow aide to run correctly.
