0003199: tzdata updates needed for upcoming DST in Brazil and Argentina not available

Description

The RPM based on tzdata-2008f-2 doesn't seems to be present in any mirror for this version. RPMs are available for CentOs 3 and CentOs 5 but not for CentOs 4.
This issue could be related with the bug report http://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=3189. [^]
