0003923: yum-priorities plugin missing

I can confirm this issue. It breaks new installations for me.

I guess we should do the following:
1. push yum-priorities package into updates repo
2. update the release notes accodingly (i.e. tell users that we forgot yum-priorities)
3. decide wether or not we want to rebuild the isos and/or put yum-priorities into the base repo

Either updates or extras, yes. There seem to be other plugins missing, too.

Yes, for example, yum-kernel-module ( bug 0003950 ).

I have worked around this issue by manually copying the priorities.rb file into the plugins directory

yum-priorities is apparently in the extras repo now. However, metadata has not been refreshed.

Apparently this was done and yum now sees yum-priorities in extras. Note: yum-cron was also added to extras.
