| Description |
Steps I did: 1. Have nspr (but not nspr-devel) installed (arch i386). 2. Some time ago, when CentOS 5.3 was the latest version, do yum update. (it pulls in nspr-4.7.5-1.el5_4.) 3. Now that CentOS 5.4 is the latest, do yum install nspr-devel. (it fails because the latest nspr in CentOS 5.4 is nspr-4.7.4-1.el5_3.1, and that has a dependency on nspr-4.7.4-1.el5_3.1, and yum refuses to downgrade nspr.) |

There were some updates missing from 5.4 which have been online since yesterday. Does that still happen (if you mirror has packages in 5.4/updates/)? |

Yes, my mirror has packages in 5.4/updates, but no update for nspr. I checked 3 mirrors (Duke, Facebook.net, and mirror.centos.org) |
