0004014: exim postinstall script fails in chrooted install (it pollute the non chrooted system.

Description

yum --installroot=/var/lib/systemimager/images/oscarimage install exim
post install script installs files in /etc instead of /var/lib/systemimager/images/oscarimage/etc
At least, it fails in some points in the postinstall script that are not clear to me.
Same behaviour with rpm --root ... (bug not related to yum IMHO)
