One of the configured repositories failed (RHEL 7 - RPMforge.net - dag),
and yum doesn't have enough cached data to continue. At this point the only
safe thing yum can do is fail. There are a few ways to work "fix" this:

     1. Contact the upstream for the repository and get them to fix the problem.

     2. Reconfigure the baseurl/etc. for the repository, to point to a working
upstream. This is most often useful if you are using a newer
distribution release than is supported by the repository (and the
packages for the previous distribution release still work).

     3. Disable the repository, so yum won't use it by default. Yum will then
just ignore the repository until you permanently enable it again or use
        --enablerepo for temporary usage:

            yum-config-manager --disable rpmforge

     4. Configure the failing repository to be skipped, if it is unavailable.
Note that yum will try to contact the repo. when it runs most commands,
so will have to try and fail each time (and thus. yum will be be much
slower). If it is a very temporary problem though, this is often a nice
        compromise:

            yum-config-manager --save --setopt=rpmforge.skip_if_unavailable=true

failure: repodata/repomd.xml from rpmforge: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
http://apt.sw.be/redhat/el6/en/x86_64/rpmforge/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 404 - Not Found
Steps To Reproduceyum update
or
try to install anything through yum
Additional InformationThe date of my system is OK! I have my installation on a VPS at OVH
I use webmin to administrate my websites.
webmin and websites do not show any reaction,
but I just enter the system via the command line and try to update yum or try to install anything I get this error that does not allow me to do anything!

You are trying to use the RPMForge repository which is no longer maintained for several years

And by the way, the command that you have used for so-called debugging purposes ( "URLGRABBER_DEBUG=1,debug.log yum repolist --disablerepo=\* --enablerepo=epel" ) is completely useless in your case. It's purpose is to debug the EPEL repository while you use half a dozen of other repos ( rpmforge, virtualmin, remi), any of which could be at fault

Please seek help in one of the support avenues, like mailing list or forum. You do not have a bug of the OS ( which would have needed to be reported here ) but a configuration error ( which you created yourself ).
