SELinux is preventing /usr/libexec/accounts-daemon from 'search' accesses on the directory 24495.

Another user experienced a similar problem:

It's just a fresh installation (on a ms-windows hyper-v vm).
I've just done a yum update and right after that an epel-release install and an xrdp install.
That's all

Now trying to add a new user, using the Settings > Users applet,
fails with a message box saying
"Failed to add account
Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)"
