yum install xorg-x11-drv-ati-7.9.0-3.fc27.x86_64.rpm

Do not install foreign packages on CentOS.

May be Turks XT (6670) specific. Couldn't reproduce on RV730 (4650) with two monitors, but could reproduce on 6670 with only one monitor every time.

Installed from Everything_1708.ISO, Server with Gui, one user. Rotated monitor, got corruption.

Workaround:
Install from _1611.ISO. Add exclude=xorg-x11-drv-ati to /etc/yum.conf. Update. Works.

Xorg.0.log, lspcid, dmesg with drm.debug=14 log_buf_len=16M, xrandr output, gdm monitors.xml configuration, and image of corrupted screen attached
