Summary0014116: Part of the Desktop background and icons on it are hided under the Desktop panel.

The Desktop panel never hides itself in any occasion as it was aimed to happen occasionally by selecting option Intelligently.
Steps To Reproduce- Right-click Desktop panel; Panel → Panel Preferences….
- Select current panel from available panel list.
- Select Display tab.
- At function Automatically hide the panel, change option from Never to Intelligently.
- Close the window settings.
