Summary0014807: kernel-3.10.0-862.2.3.el7.x86_64 reboot loops
DescriptionDuring upgrade, the machine crashed. Even reinstalling kernel, related headers, and devel files doesn't work. Had to rollback to earlier kernel.

Steps To ReproduceUpgrade to aforementioned kernel and watch the reboot loops start.
Additional InformationWouldn't know where to examine. Point me in the right direction so I can upload logfiles to yall?

For those who have Centos 7 with the aforementioned Kernel you will have to implement the solution outlined in the post below:
