has a entry for a jar that does not exists (probably a typo):

It's an upstream bug reported https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1448752 reported about a week ago. No updates since.

Since it's an upstream bug, CentOS will not fix this. The change has to happen upstream and once RH release the fixed version for RHEL then CentOS will inherit the fix and rebuild. Until then I would suggest manually hacking that file and keeping an eye out for future updates. Be aware that the file is marked as config file in the package so a future update will not replace it automatically if you have edited it and the checksum differs.
