Summary0014933: Dolphin does not show newly created files
DescriptionNewly created files don't show in Dolphin, the KDE file manager. When I extract a compressed archive in a directory or when I download files into a directory, they just don't show up. I have to hit F5 (refresh) to display them.
Steps To ReproduceExample #1 :

1. Open Dolphin.
2. Go to some directory like Downloads, for example.
3. Open a web browser.
4. Download some random file into the Downloads directory.
5. Notice how the file doesn't show up.
6. Hit F5 to refresh and to show the file.

Example #2 :

1. Open Dolphin.
2. Go to some directory like Downloads, again.
3. Put a compressed archive into that directory (can be any format, .tar.gz, .tar.bz2, .zip, etc.)
4. Uncompress the archive using Ark, for example.
5. Notice how the extracted archive doesn't show up.
6. Hit F5 to refresh and to show new files.
Additional InformationThis bug is not a big deal for me, since I know about the F5 shortcut, but my users complain about missing files.
