Summary0015299: sshd.service timeouts upon yum distro-sync
DescriptionWhen running the 'yum distro-sync' command to upgrade the system from CentOS 7.4.1708 to 7.5.1804, an issue appears with the sshd.service:
> Updating : openssh-server-7.4p1-16.el7.x86_64 > 250/599
> warning: /etc/ssh/sshd_config created as /etc/ssh/sshd_config.rpmnew
> Could not load host key: /etc/ssh/ssh_host_dsa_key
> Warning: sshd.service changed on disk. Run 'systemctl daemon-reload' to reload units.
> Job for sshd.service failed because a timeout was exceeded. See "systemctl status sshd.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
> Warning: sshd.service changed on disk. Run 'systemctl daemon-reload' to reload units.
> Job for sshd.service failed because a timeout was exceeded. See "systemctl status sshd.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

This also causes a slight delay in the upgrade (approx. 1-2 minutes) where yum seems to hang before displaying the "timeout exceeded" message.

After the upgrade, the sshd.service works normally, so this is a minor issue only but can slow down the update process a little bit.
Steps To Reproduce1. Have a CentOS system in the 7.4.1708 version, with the sshd service installed.
2. Run 'yum distro-sync' update to the 7.5.1804 version.
