2. Configure package - but not completely because you're not sure of everything yet leaving OIDCProviderMetadataURL <issuer>/.well-known/openid-configuration
3. Start apache
4. Core dump

This would be a problem that needs to be reported on bugzilla.redhat.com as we only rebuild what they supply as part of RHEL. However, I did a quick search and found https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1621968 which appears to be saying that the entire module will be rebased to the latest in the _next_ RHEL (7.7 since the entry saying that is dated after the release of 7.6 on Oct 30).
