Summary | 0015809: systemd-networkd UseRoutes is ignored
Description | When using systemd-networkd to connect to a DHCP network it may be desirable to ignore the routes you are getting. NetworkD allows you to do that by specifying UseRoutes=false in the DHCP section. However this instruction gets ignored in systemd 219.
Steps To Reproduce | Create a network with the attached network specification. You will still get the DHCP routes.
Additional Information | This got fixed upstream a long time ago in https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/3075 We should backport this fix or upgrade to a more recent systemd version.

This will be an upstream bug and needs to be reported on bugzilla.redhat.com. Once RH fix it and release the fixed version, it will get rebuilt for CentOS.
Found https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1663365 and https://github.com/lnykryn/systemd-rhel/pull/270 so I guess this will reach CentOS soon.
