Summary0015893: Core Perl module Env should be installed by default
DescriptionEnv is a core Perl module, assumed installed as part of the base language installation. Not having it installed by default breaks various module installations. Please install as part of the top level perl package.
Steps To ReproduceTry to install any Perl module that uses Env, e.g. FFI::CheckLib, via cpan or cpanminus.

CentOS is a rebuild of the sources used to produce RHEL and, as such, we do not control what is packaged or how. If you want to get this changed then you will need to report it to Redhat via and if they choose to fix it, then CentOS will rebuild that package once it's released.
