Summary0015963: yum update --security does not fail secure
DescriptionThe documentation and the parameter of yum suggests that it will help to perform security updates, only. Which is what the documentation and the parameter suggests. Because the file "updateinfo.xml" is not placed in CentOS, no updates are performed at all (the worst case). See also https://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=3578 .

I want to pronounce that a best practice is to fail securely and it is best practice to not spread false information in documentations. yum update --security does not fail secure but should be!
It should warn the user that it has not effect in case updateinfo.xml is not there or even better exit with an error.

Please do something!

Steps To ReproducePlease see https://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=3578 for a detailed desc.
