Summary0016086: docker can not push to private nexus3 repository.
DescriptionDocker fails to push an image to a private nexus3 repository claiming "no basic auth credentials"

This can be reproduced on:
CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core) + Docker version 1.13.1, build b2f74b2/1.13.1
CentOS Linux release 7.5.1804 (Core) + Docker version 1.13.1, build 8633870/1.13.1
Steps To ReproduceNeed a private nexus3 repository setup.

docker login -u builder docker-stage.example.com
docker tag centos:new docker-stage.example.com:443/centos:new
docker push docker-stage.example.com:443/centos:new
The push refers to repository [docker-stage.example.com:443/centos:new]

It works with docker-ce - Docker version 18.09.6, build 481bc77156
The syntax is slightly different.

docker login -u builder docker-stage.example.com
docker tag centos:latest docker-stage.example.com/centos:latest
docker push docker-stage.example.com/centos:latest
The push refers to repository [docker-stage.example.com/centos]
