CentOS is a rebuild of the sources used to create RHEL. We do not modify anything except to remove branding and logos. You will need to submit your request to Redhat via and if/when RH accepts it and incorporates it into RHEL and releases a patched version, then CentOS will pick it up and rebuild it.

Thanks For that why have this bug reporting tool if thats what the answer will be?

There are bugs that are CentOS specific. There aer bugs that are inherited from RHEL. If the bug is something that CentOS did when recreating the package then we need to know about it here. If the bug is the same in RHEL then we don't have a bug since we are behaving identically to RHEL which is our goal (bug for bug compatibility!) and for those you need to report them to RH to get them fixed there and then CentOS picks them up.

As mentioned in adding

keep-response-order { any; };

to the global options on the master seems to be an effective workaround for this regression.
