Summary0016334: ceph-nautilus already depends on python2-netaddr, which is missing
DescriptionI believe there is something out of sync between move to python3 and ceph-ansible packages because suggests that python-netaddr should have been renamed to python2-netaddr and installation of ceph-ansible depends on it, but there is still phyton-netaddr in repositories and python2-netaddr is nowhere to be found

Work-around was tu use older release ('centos-release-ceph-luminous') for PoC install

To upgrade Ceph 'luminous' to 'nautilus', used 'ceph-ansible' from source repository and 'ansible' package from Ansible repos.
