Summary0016399: crash the server everyday (kernel problem)- centos 7 + kvm + virtualizor
DescriptionHello,
we have a problem on our server, would you please help us?
every day our server restarted.
we check the log and submit a ticket to the datacenter for hardware issue but they say to us hardware is ok and also we updated bios but not useful.
I change the kernel but the problem still exists.

we check the both kernel but the problem still exist.
datacenter checked rams and another hardware and everythings is ok.
virtualizor supports says to us every thins is ok.

3.10.0-957.5.1.el7.x86_64 is no longer supported, upgrade your system to 7.7, latest kernel is 3.10.0-1062.12.1.el7.x86_64

It tells you the problem right there: Hardware event. This is not a software error.

Your processor is broken. Possibly RAM but that error says processor.

We have changed the server three times. I'm sure it's not a hardware issue.
The other server with the same hardware is working properly.

It helps. It says core 3 on your Intel processor is defective ( which we already knew from the first lines of your first post ). Try lowering its speed and update the microcode. If it does not help, replace it.
