Description | The installer created baseurl/mirrors that look like this: baseurl=http://mirror.centos.org/$contentdir/$releasever/BaseOS/$basearch/os/ running `pkcon refresh force` fails with: Fatal error: cannot update repo 'BaseOS': Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried; Last error: Status code: 404 for http://mirror.internode.on.net/pub/$contentdir/8/BaseOS/x86_64/os/repodata/repomd.xml | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | verify that one repository contains `$contentdir` and execute `pkcon refresh force` | ||||

It has been more than six months since this issue was reported and fixed upstream. When is the fix going to be pushed to CentOS8? | |
