Summary0016572: Unable to "login" to Centos8 when using VNC.
DescriptionI'm using a Windows 10 machine with VirtualBox 6.
I have successfully installed Centos 8 and TigerVNC.
I have successfully connecter to the Centos 8 machine via TigerVNC (I am using RealVNC vncViewer).

Unfortunately, when trying to login the "next" button is constantly being "clicked".
This prevents me from typing in the password and instead I keep receiving an "Authentication error" message.

I suspect the Vncviewer is sending an "input" causing the "next" button to be "clicked".
Steps To Reproduce1. Windows 10.
2. VirtualBox 6.
3. Install Centos 8.
4. Configure and Install TigerVNC.
5. Connect to Centos 8 machine via VNC.
6. Try to enter password via the VNC.

Quick update:
I found a workaround by disabling the "screen lock" in the settings.
When screen lock is disabled it does not ask for a password. (at least doesn't seem to... so far...).

I can confirm this bug as well.
Another workaround which is odd is use xrdp which uses xvnc to run. It goes past the login screen and lets you remote it.
The drawback is for managing Virtual Machines the refresh is bad.
I did a ton of searching and found one other and appears it is in the Redhat Repos as well.
Thanks for all the great work and hopefully this bug can be fixed asap.
Taken from the other bug. This is the steps to reproduce.
I am seeing this broken behaviour on RHEL8. I do not have fprintd installed

Steps to reproduce

- Connect to server using tigervnc client
- wait for screen lock
- try to enter password

RDP Update all works great now,
In RDP Settings - Experience
Change connection to LAN
I turned off desktop background cause I normally do.
I can now view VMS with no issues.
This will work until Tigervnc gets patched to let us login :)
Thanks again.
