Summary0016575: Installation via PXE fails on random packages
DescriptionI am trying to install a new machine via PXE, the installer randomly fails on different packages with the error that the .rpm file does not exist on the mirror.
But the files are existing and can be downloaded without any issues at the same time. I've tried different public mirrors already.

Installing CentOS 7 on the same machine and same mirrors (for sure using the correct release) does work without any issues.

I've looked already for known issues and checked the mailing list but can't find any solution for this issue.
Steps To ReproduceI've beein using the pxelinux line for booting it up:

label centos8
    kernel centos8/vmlinuz
    append initrd=centos8/initrd.img devfs=nomount method=

label centos7
    kernel centos764/vmlinuz
    append ksdevice=link initrd=centos764/initrd.img network method=

I've downloading the vmlinuz and the initrd.img via this command line:

rsync -av /tftproot/centos764/
rsync -av rsync:// /tftproot/centos8/
