|Summary||0016633: mirrorlist.centos.org fails when requesting http://mirrorlist.centos.org/?release=8.0.1905&arch=x86_64&repo=BaseOS&infra=$infra|
|Description||As described in https://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=16456 anaconda requests the above URL when selecting "Closest mirror"|
however mirrorlist.centos.org responds with "Invalid release/repo/arch combination"
When changing the URL to http://mirrorlist.centos.org/?release=8&arch=x86_64&repo=BaseOS&infra=$infra (changing the release to a single digit),
a proper response is produced. This "smells" like an error on mirrorlist.centos.org
|Steps To Reproduce||1. Download CentOS-8-x86_64-1905-boot.iso.|
2. Start installation
3. Select Installation source -> Network -> Closest mirror
4. Attempt to continue -> failure

Per decision, we always only supported $current version in mirrorlist.centos.org, so only $major, which is resolved by local system through $releasever yum/dnf variable.
If anaconda sends full $major.$minor, it should be fixed at anaconda level to use only $major (like a normal yum/dnf client).
We don't want to give people false impression that we are still validating external mirrors with old/outdated/unsecured content : there is only one version that gets updates : $latest and so $major.
