Summary	0016668: [RFE] mecab-devel package is missing on CentOS 8
Description	It seems that MeCab packages are available on CentOS 8, but not for mecab-devel package. Here is the MeCab runtime packages which I've found: http://mirror.centos.org/centos/8/AppStream/x86_64/os/Packages/mecab-0.996-1.module_el8.0.0+41+ca30bab6.9.x86_64.rpm http://mirror.centos.org/centos/8/AppStream/x86_64/os/Packages/mecab-ipadic-2.7.0.20070801-16.module_el8.0.0+41+ca30bab6.x86_64.rpm http://mirror.centos.org/centos/8/AppStream/x86_64/os/Packages/mecab-ipadic-EUCJP-2.7.0.20070801-16.module_el8.0.0+41+ca30bab6.x86_64.rpm But mecab-devel package is not available. So, I've created [RFE] issue.
Steps To Reproduce	How to reproduce: $ dnf search mecab-devel
Tags	No tags attached.
