DescriptionDescription of problem:
The /usr/bin/lttng-gen-tp utility is not executable, and I get "permission denied" when I run it.

The file is not executable:

$ ls -l /usr/bin/lttng-gen-tp
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 10206 Sep 26 16:04 /usr/bin/lttng-gen-tp

There is also a problem with the "shebang" line,


Needs to have "!", like:

Steps To Reproduce1. run "sudo yum install lttng-ust-devel"
2. run "sudo chmod +x /usr/bin/lttng-gen-tp"
3. run "/usr/bin/lttng-gen-tp"

Actual results:
-bash: /usr/bin/lttng-gen-tp: Permission denied

Expected results:
The script runs as expected
