Summary0016871: NetworkManager won't assign static ipv6 at boot time
DescriptionWhen assigning static IPv6 addresses the interface won't assign them at boot time automatically. Loading the interface manually after boot will fix the problem by executing
"nmcli connection up ens3"
IPv6 will be set correctly after that.
Steps To ReproduceRebooting the system
Additional InformationAll other configs get loaded correctly at boot time.
TagsNo tags attached.

The system uses boot parameters to set networking at boot-time.
Dracut kernel module "ifcfg" was omitted manually.
Network config files don't get overwritten anymore at boot-time but NetworkManager wont load its config files instead it keeps using the old config defined in boot parameters.
Manually reloading will trigger NetworkManager to load the correct config.
