sorry for not answering sooner. One of my colleagues tried the newer kernel, but he told me it still does not work (he is now able to create the team device, but it does not seem to be functionnal). I will try by myself to be able to communicate some useful debug information.

After upgrading with a more recent kernel (raspberrypi2-firmware-4.19.113-v7l.1.el7.armv7hl.rpm) everything seems to work as expected.
Thanks for the help.

For 7.8 we rebased to 5.4.x, can you check that this is still ok before I close this?
I can't think of a reason why it shouldn't but still.... ;)
