Summary0017197: NetworkManager CPU 100% while bird exports full table to kernel
DescriptionNetworkManager is always CPU 100% while bird 1.6.8/2.0.7 exports full table to kernel in CentOS 7.7 and 8.1 with latest updates.

The NetworkManager regularly logs this:

Mar 30 00:58:43 localhost.localdomain NetworkManager[918]: <info> [1585501123.8278] platform-linux: netlink: read: too many netlink events. Need to resynchronize platform cache

I have googled for the message and found nothing.

So the problem makes CentOS 8 unusable because NetworkManager is the only tool to manage networks.
