Summary0017376: 0.039924] PCI: Using host bridge windows from ACPI; if necessary, use "pci=nocrs" and report a bug
Description0.039924] PCI: Using host bridge windows from ACPI; if necessary, use "pci=nocrs" and report a bug

I tried to submit this, it was giving me errors so I stopped pressing back button and copied the notes and hit the report issue to start again.

..I have not done this often, my apologies for not getting this done right. I am wondering if my redhat subscription message telling me to do the saml thing is reason? i just installed this yesterday, I have not yet done everythng properly. .. I do not have a paid subscription, I have the free develops subscription so I can do the tutorials and such. :)
Steps To Reproduce$ dmesg | grep bug
Additional Information## I installed centos 8 yesterday and I am trying to get rid of the bugs and such showing up in the dmesg.
## below is the problems I have found in dmesg - it is the PCI: using host bridge windows from ACPI and report a bug sentence that is the cause of my making attempt at another bug report :)
## the other dmesg problems are included because my trial and error for fixing them gave me reason to think they might be related....
$ dmesg | grep bug
[ 0.018368] MDS CPU bug present and SMT on, data leak possible. See https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/admin-guide/hw-vuln/mds.html for more details. **solved by disabling hyperthreading in bios :)
[ 0.073789] PCI: Using host bridge windows from ACPI; if necessary, use "pci=nocrs" and report a bug **made way worse disabling the intel speed step in bios
[ 0.579201] ehci-pci 0000:00:1a.0: debug port 2
[ 0.590591] ehci-pci 0000:00:1d.0: debug port 2
[ 25.097180] SGI XFS with ACLs, security attributes, no debug enabled
$ dmesg | grep fail
[ 35.370376] platform regulatory.0: Direct firmware load for regulatory.db failed with error -2
[ 35.370378] cfg80211: failed to load regulatory.db
(base) [trekking@KootenayTechs bugs]$ dmesg | grep Fail
[ 27.927384] systemd[1]: Failed to insert module 'ip_tables': Operation not permitted

## After disabling the hyper threading in the BIOS the " MDS CPU bug present and SMT on, " is now gone.:)
## other adjustments gave me a whole bunch more errors, below is pasted after disabling the intel speed step in bios - gave an additional two bugs and five additional fails... I thought for a few moments the output was going to help me solve for the PCI bug so that is why it is also included :)
