Additional InformationWe have upgraded kernel version from 3.10.0-327.22.2.el7.x86_64 to 3.10.0-514.el7.x86_64 on 1st June20 around 11 PM IST. Rebooted the server and after 12 hours we got above logs in /var/log/messages

The minor release version of CentOS that you are using is no longer supported for 3 years already. Please upgrade to CentOS 7.8 and if you still encounter issues, upgrade your vmware version as well, the one you are using is also extremely old. If you still encounter issues after that, please update this bug and we will see if we can help. Once again, no one will help you unless you upgrade to the latest version of CentOS , the only one that is supported.
