DescriptionI faced with a bug in systemd, but its maintainers rejected my bug report because the version is too old.

The bug was that systemd-resolved failed to start when the boot process was quick.

You have to report this to Redhat at their bugzilla. Once/if RH fixes it, CentOS will inherit the fix.
