| Description | After updating (to kernel 4.18.0-193) server crashes when OS boots. Into management log one gets: - Unrecoverable System Error (NMI) has occurred. System Firmware will log additional details in a separate IML entry if possible - Uncorrectable PCI Express Error (Slot 2, Bus 0, Device 3, Function 0, Error status 0x00000000) On the dmsg side: - NMI: IOCK error (debug Interrupt?) for reason 71 on CPU 0 - NMI: IOCK error (debug Interrupt?) for reason 61 on CPU 0 Happans only when P420 controller is present and something is mounted. Boots with 4.18.0-147.8.1 | ||||
