Description	According to here : https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mesa/+bug/1867188 Mesa had a bug in earlier mesa series, can you please use Mesa 20 series that correct the bug for upcoming CentOS 8.3 ? Corrections are done on Ubuntu and Mesa. My Hardware : inxi -G Graphics: Device-1: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD/ATI] Oland [Radeon HD 8570 / R7 240/340 / Radeon 520 OEM] driver: radeon v: kernel Display: x11 server: X.Org 1.20.6 driver: ati,radeon unloaded: fbdev,modesetting,vesa resolution: 1920x1080~60Hz OpenGL: renderer: AMD OLAND (DRM 2.50.0 4.18.0-193.19.1.el8_2.x86_64 LLVM 9.0.0) v: 4.5 Mesa 19.3.4 Os : uname -r 4.18.0-193.19.1.el8_2.x86_64
Steps To Reproduce	Compile Kodi from Source : https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/blob/master/docs/README.Fedora.md then https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/blob/master/docs/README.Linux.md Then play recorded video 1080i or live DVB-T content Result : image is half screen top compressed for VDPAU - Bob deinterlacing
