| Description | The other components of GTK put a .gir file in /usr/share/gir-1.0/ and a .typelib file in /usr/lib64/girepository-1.0/ . However harfbuzz-devel does not. This is preventing its use with languages that use these files for reflection. |

| Steps To Reproduce | # dnf install gtk3-devel
Note that /usr/share/gir-1.0/Gtk-3.0.gir and /usr/lib64/girepository-1.0/Gtk-3.0.typelib now exist.
# dnf install harfbuzz-devel
/usr/share/gir-1.0 and /usr/lib64/girepository-1.0 do not contain any files for HarfBuzz.
