Summary | 0017863: scap-security-guide-0.1.49-13 missing all "centos" entries
Description | /usr/share/xml/scap/ssg/content is missing all "centos" xml files -- they are all present in the previous release in 7.8-2003 (scap-security-guide-0.1.46-11) which is now no longer available on the CentOS mirrors
Steps To Reproduce | % ls /usr/share/xml/scap/ssg/content | grep centos shows no files
Additional Information | this breaks xccdf scap reports on CentOS servers -- copying the files from the previous package release fixes the problem, But who wants to do that?

This also breaks the SCAP baseline process during kickstart if you're using the anaconda scap addon.
all previously released minor versions of CentOS are available at vault.centos.org
