Summary0017956: Network settings provided during PXE-time as kernel command line parameters, no longer in eventual installed system
DescriptionFor years providing the `ip=ipaddress:...` on the kernel commandline during an pxe install resulted in the same settings being used for the eventual installed system. However, this is no longer the case for Centos 8.3
Steps To ReproduceOnly provide ip settings in the kernel commandline:

    kernel kernel.img ip=10.0.10.1... BOOTIF=

The install goes perfectly

However, the resulting `ifcfg` will hold settings for DHCP and *not* reflect the static configuration in our case.
