Summary0018186: SCAP security policy resources prevented to be fetched into virtual machine
DescriptionSCAP security policy resources are prevented to be fetched. No subject to have a reasonable doubt to believe that security profile is a function intentionally unsupported on CentOS 8.

Actual results:
1. No content found by default;
2. Valid URL resource cannot be fetched.

Expected:
1. Present installation media can be assumed to contain all available SCAP content definitions;
2. Data stream content or URL archive if not both, require an established network connection to reach content definitions in a remote location, which is confirmed by the presence of the 'Fetch' button.
Steps To ReproduceAttempt to fetch resource at https://www.redhat.com/security/data/oval/com.redhat.rhsa-RHEL8.xml
Additional InformationHost | Fedora 34; Virtualization platform: Qemu/KVM on virt-manager v.3.2.0; Network: NAT; Chipset: Q35; Firmware: /usr/share/edk2/ovmf/OVMF_CODE.secboot.fd; Internet connection: established.
