Did you try the AWS from https://www.centos.org/download/aws-images/ ?
Hi thank you for the fast reply, yes, I can launch a new instance from the link above. But we (and a lot of other people) are mostly using this AMI from AWS Marketplace: https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-qkzypm3vjr45g?ref=cns_srchrow . If you are managing this AMI, can you please update the list of EC2 Instance types supported, on another hand, we have to find another way to migrate our system to a new AMI to run on new Instance types.
If I recall correctly, everything related to the marketplace used to take ages to be updated as those were handled through an AWS proxy person/team. I will ask, but dont hold your breath! :P
CentOS Doesn't have access to Marketplace, reason why it's not even listed on website, so use the official images we build and for which we give links .. everything else can be considered "unknown/unmaintained"
Thank guys, I think I will use the official centos for new servers, about running servers I think I have to wait until the info of the Image on Marketplace has been updated.
you can wait but as I told you, we don't have access to Marketplace so nobody will update anything there ;-)
