Description | NFS Server Centos5 (Yes, I know...I know...) NFS Client Centos 7.9.2009 in NFS client, a "ls" in a directory exported from the NFS server with lots of files results sometimes in "ls: reading directory .: Too many levels of symbolic links" sometimes a ls *BLABLA* returns only some files with BLABLA on the name, no all of them. sometimes works flawlessly. dmesg outputs: [1117089.997163] NFS: directory BA/CURLOUT contains a readdir loop. Please contact your server vendor. The file: sp_P48431_2ZpcAN-NetMHCIIpan_ba-DRB1_03,07-asis.txt has duplicate cookie this is exactly as described in here: https://serverfault.com/questions/405565/nfsv4-too-many-levels-of-symbolic-links-error This does not happens in a centos8 computer with kernel 4.18.0-305.25.1.el8_4.x86_64 (reading the same directory from the same server) | ||||
