DescriptionThe following issue is reported for Ubuntu:

The problem also occure on my web application on CentOs 7: On my Spring/Tomcat web application I receive the following error:

The guys from Tomcat added a check to avoid issues like as described in this bug report: https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-framework/issues/26434#issuecomment-1003713436

CentOS is a rebuild of the sources used to create RHEL. Please submit your request to Redhat via bugzilla.redhat.com and if/when RH accepts it and incorporates it into RHEL and releases a patched version, then CentOS will pick it up automatically.
Keep in mind that given that RHEL7 is in maintenance mode, RH only accepts "important" bugs.
