|Summary||0018455: Kmalloc-32 Consuming more memory|
I'm using centos 7.9 OS with kernel version 3.10.0-1160.49.el7.x86_64. We allocate 25gb of memory for this VM.
We using kubernetes applications in the server. Due to kmalloc 32 consuming 20gb of memory makes all applications slow downs in the server.
So we cannot run the applications in the server.
After rebooting the server kmalloc reducing the memory usage but after 2 weeks kmalloc 32 again consuming more memory in the server.
This is My Production environment our live application is running here.
I need to clear this issue help me out.

|Your kernel is 6 months out of date. The current CentOS 7 kernel is kernel-3.10.0-1160.62.1.el7.x86_64 and a newer one came out for RHEL yesterday and will be available for CentOS 7 soon. I would suggest upgrading to the newer one once it is released and checking to see if your issue is resolved. If it is not then raise an issue on bugzilla.redhat.com as all CentOS packages are just rebuilds of the ones for RHEL and aim to be bug for bug compatible.|
|As Trevor already pointed out, if you think you found a bug, it must be brought into the attention of RedHat. If and when they ship a fix, CentOS will pick it automatically,|
