Summary0005182: wrong startup order
Descriptiondnsmasq starts up at #49 (# chkconfig: - 49 50 in /etc/init.d/dnsmasq)
libvirtd start up at #97

-- libvirtd fails to ifup virbr0, manual "virsh net-start default" fails with an iptables error. See http://mytipsandtricson.blogspot.com/2010/12/kvm-failed-to-start-network-default-in.html for exact error messages. Also see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=592177 for another report of the same issue.

I've changed dnsmasq's startup order to 98, ran chkconfig off and on, and everything seems to work after a reboot.
