|Summary||0005807: CentOS with kvm crashes sometimes|
|Description||Server has no graphics, installed as "virtual host", fully updated. Running 1 virtual machine with CentOS 6.2 too, used as nx-server.|
Sometimes it crashes and say that "kernel: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#<some number> stuck for 67s!".
1st time crashed host on process qemu-kvm, second crashed virtual machine on process c3pldrv (canon printer driver), and then crashed host again:
Jul 3 15:05:14 kvm kernel: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 67s! [automount:16804]
At that time host named 'kvm' was downloading some big-file from mounted samba share, but it was mounted not using autofs daemon.
