After many trials, I verified that the package "perl-CPAN" should depend on "perl-libwww-perl.noarch"
Steps To ReproduceRemove "perl-libwww-perl.noarch", start "cpan" and try "install CPAN".
Additional InformationTried different configurations and mirror servers, all with the same error.
