DescriptionThe init script start the services using a wrong order reproducing this error:

Steps To Reproduceyum install racoon2
service racoon2 start
Additional InformationTo solve this, follow this step:

1- Change the order of exec1 and exec2 on init script:

I could be missing something, but I don't see racoon2 in the list of packages from CentOS6. I assume you are pulling that one from EPEL, so I would query their support channels.

closing as IMHO racoon2 is no CentOS-package. If I'm wrong please feel free to reopen the issue.
