Summary0007476: 3.10.0-123.6.3 will not boot
DescriptionKernel 3.10.0-123.6.3 will not boot. After selecting the kernel screen hangs on black screen with unmoving cursor.
Previous kernel version work, as does kernel-ml from elrepo.
Steps To Reproduce1) yum update to kernel 3.10.0-123.6.3
2) select kernel 3.10.0-123.6.3 at grub boot screen
3) unmoving cursor
Additional InformationCPU: Phenom x6 1100T
MB: Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H F5 bios
Video: Onboard IGP

Just to add a note that it is not a general kernel problem, as on my Latitude D430 it is working. So maybe more hardware related.

If the previous kernel works and if you are confident that the new dracut image is correct (might be worth trying to generate a replacement one, manually), it might be a regression ( I've seen a few.. ) in which case the problem needs to be reported at bugzilla.redhat.com
